It was sister-in-law Aubrey’s idea to try a bit of photographic trickery!
This is the trout un-doctored and pre-cooked. It was delicious wrapped in foil with a bit of seasoning and placed on an open fire for 15 mins.
If you’re squeamish about scenes like this, don’t read my blog in a couple of weeks when I’m at Cannes Lions treating myself to some melt-in-the-mouth foie gras!
